Network Specialist

  • Must have CCNA/CCNP certification
  • Work on known incidents and outstanding performance issues (tickets) involving network performance issues to identify, analyze, recommend resolutions and assist in the resolution of issues within the technical environmen
  • Perform the requisite research and analysis to confirm the source, nature and breadth of the individual incidents
